How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and delivered to the resident’s room within 1–2 days, depending on availability. We’ll notify you of the delivery status.
Can I include a personal message with the order?
Yes, you can add a personal note during checkout, which we’ll include with the delivery to make it extra special for your loved one.
Are there restrictions on what can be ordered?
